WellTrack Boost
Welltrack Boost is a free digital platform that provides Miami students with self-help tools to manage their mental health and well-being. There are assessments, series, and tools (e.g., zen room, thought diary, etc.) to help students address issues, recognize patterns and triggers, and reinforce healthy habits.

Campus Assistance Program (CAP)
CAP presentations to academic departments and departmental staff meetings provide opportunities for Miami’s faculty and staff to learn how we can assist students in emotional distress. Presentations are offered through Student Counseling Service and are typically are 60-90 minutes in length.

International Student Support (group therapy)
This is a weekly therapy group for international students at Miami University, Oxford. A warm and inviting environment will be fostered, where members can discuss cultural adjustment to Miami and the United States. An educational and supportive clinical workshop through Student Counseling Service for women students struggling with body image concerns, self-esteem, and perfectionism. Designed to be eating disorder prevention for those seeking to develop a more compassionate and holistic relationship with their body and mind.

Peer Health Education
Miami’s peer health educators are student leaders who combine their specialized training in health education and wellness with a desire to make a difference on campus. Leaders focus on general health and wellness (HAWKS), sexual and interpersonal violence and healthy relationships (SIV peer educators), and mental health/suicide prevention (mental health peer educators).

Percipio is a digital learning platform for Miami faculty and staff to learn new skills and earn certifications. Percipio’s micro-learning videos provide quick, targeted learning focusing on specific tasks delivered in real-time.

Middletown Bennett Recreation Center
The C. Eugene Bennett Recreation Center (Gym) is available at no cost to all Miami Middletown students, faculty, staff, and their guests. The facility is open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the fall and spring semesters. It is closed on Fridays and during winter and summer terms.

Miami Recreation Gym Membership
The Oxford campus Rec Center memberships are included in the Oxford student fees; faculty/staff, community members, and regional students can purchase a membership.

Hamilton Gymnasium
The Miami Hamilton recreational center is free for faculty, staff, and student use; your Miami ID is required to enter. The gym is open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Fridays during the fall and spring semesters (closed during the summer and winter terms).
