No Contact Directives
Miami may direct a student to have no contact with another individual for a specified period. These situations include, but are not limited to: harassment, threats, physical assault, stalking, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual misconduct, retaliation or other behaviors as indicated in the Code of Student Conduct.
